CUSTOMS & DUTIES
Please be aware of customs and duty fees the customer will be liable to pay to any destination outside of Canada. We have no control and are not responsible for the amount of customs fees and duties imposed. Due to customs process, delivery times are only estimates and may take longer than stated.

We are not responsible for any parcels returned for unpaid customs fees and will not issue refunds under these circumstances. If you have any other delivery questions contact us.

UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES
Shipping costs and duties for uncollected packages will not be paid by Couture Coiffure

*Please note that it is the responsibility of the customer to pick up the package from the postal station within the holding period. In the case where the package is left unclaimed and is shipped back to us, the customer is responsible for the shipping charge incurred for the delivery, as well as the shipping cost and duties charged to Couture Coiffure by the carrier for the return delivery.

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
You understand and agree that Couture Coiffure shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages done by any of the shipping services we provide. All items are purchased at your own risk. Any damage caused from shipping is to be taken up by you with the shipping company. Couture Coiffure will provide you with the tracking number and contact information for the shipping company as needed. Once this information is provided to you, it is your responsibility as the customer to contact and deal with the shipping company. We do not assume any responsibility for lost packages.

All purchases are final sale.
