WHAT HAIR TYPE SHOULD I CHOOSE?
Virgin Brazilian is our cheapest since it contains more processing to achieve different textures than our raw Cambodian. Hair lasts up to 1-2 years.

Raw Brazilian is second cheapest since it contains minor processing to achieve different textures, however different colours are easily achieved with raw Brazilian than virgin Brazilian hair. Hair lasts up to 1-2 years.

Raw Cambodian is our best yet hair quality, containing 0 chemical processing when compared to virgin Brazilian and raw Brazilian. Hair can be lifted/lightened up to level 8/9. Hair lasts up to 2-3 years.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN RAW & VIRGIN?
Raw hair is the purest form of hair extensions on the market from one single donor. The cuticles are aligned which minimize tangling and is completely unprocessed. The texture is not in uniform and varies from bundle to bundle. Natural hair colour also varies from bundle to bundle. Raw hair can be coloured, bleached, or straightened, and the texture will remain the same.

Virgin hair is high quality extensions from a single donor. The cuticles are aligned which minimize tangling and is processed with steam only. The textures are steam processed to be uniform and consistent across all the bundles. Natural hair colour varies from bundle to bundle. Virgin hair is a great option for a sleek and silky look but excessive heat and manipulation will cause the manufactured texture to loosen.

CAN THE HAIR BE COLOURED?
You can colour the hair, however once virgin hair is treated, it is no longer virgin. We would recommend all colour treatments being done by a professional to maintain the longevity of the hair.

HOW LONG WILL THE HAIR LAST?
This hair can last you for years depending on how you maintain it. Treat the hair like you would your own with proper maintenance and good care; such as: weekly washes and deep conditioning. View our hair care tips for detailed info.

IS BLONDE HAIR THE SAME QUALITY?
Although the hair has been chemically lifted to a 613 colour, we take pride in preserving the quality to sustain a good hair experience. Blonde hair requires additional care and is not recommended for every day wear.

HOW MANY BUNDLES DO I NEED?
For lengths 12-14" we recommend 2-3 bundles, for lengths 16-24" we recommend 3-4 bundles and lengths 26" or longer we recommend 4-5 bundles for the best look.

DOES THE HAIR SHED?
All hair that has been manufactured and stitched on a weft is likely to experience minimum shedding which is absolutely normal. Minimum shedding meaning (the hair will be never have a noticeable or drastic decrease in its density or volume. However, proper maintenance is extremely important and is advised.

HOW MUCH DOES EACH BUNDLE WEIGH?

Each bundle is weighted at 100 grams each.

Small: Circumference 21''- 21.75'', forehead to nape 13.5''- 14'' , ear to ear 11''-12.25''

Medium: Circumference 22''- 22.75'', forehead to nape 14''- 14.5'' , ear to ear 11.5''-11.75''

Large: Circumference 23''- 23.5'', forehead to nape 15''- 15.5'' , ear to ear 12''-12.25''

WHAT KIND OF LACE IS USED FOR THE WIGS?
Our closures and frontals are made from HD Lace or Transparent Lace

WHAT KIND OF HAIR PRODUCTS SHOULD I USE?
Use paraben-free, sulcate-free, and/or vegan shampoo and conditioner for gentle cleansing every 1-2 weeks depending on wear.

Condition as often as every week.

Avoid shampooing with low quality products.

Use a moisturizing leave-in conditioner prior to air drying.

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm extensions and colour services. No Exceptions.
